After the end what is next

'Ok it is ended but what is next, what is waiting for us ' this was most commonly asked question after the program finished. Now I am back to İstanbul, back to my job and it has almost been a month after arrival. Time passes so quickly, unconciously, even without letting you know that it is passing away.
Work here, is not like in WFP, more chaotic, hectic, dynamic, cannot say peaceful but can say more buerocratic than last year. I found it much more complicated and we are spending meaningless time on such tools, just to keep what we are doing, but I think we are missing the main point which we should care.
